Our story
Our story began when Randiss felt a strong need for change. After years in the corporate world, she developed a deep understanding of how different businesses operate while building strong systems for organization and execution. She later discovered ecommerce through Shopify and learned it from the ground up, supporting brands at every stage of growth, from early founders to established global labels.
Over time, her focus became clear. Randiss chose to partner with growing ecommerce brands and global names where strategy and execution carry equal weight and thoughtful leadership helps brands compete and lead within their categories.
As demand for her work grew, she built a team of A-players to continue delivering the level of partnership her clients relied on. With the ability to support brands both strategically and tactically, Randiss & Co. was born.
